This guide explains how your course access works from the moment you enroll in any CyberDefenders certificate bundle to the day your access expires.
Course Access Duration
Once you enroll in the Course + Exam Bundle, you receive 4 months of full access to the course content, labs, and study resources. During this period, you have everything you need to prepare and practice.
Your course access includes:
Access all lessons, interactive quizzes, real-world use cases, and detailed write-ups.
Access to real-world investigations and practical lab scenarios.
At the end of your 4 months, your course access will automatically expire.
Course Extension Package
If your course access expires before you finish, you can purchase a one-time extension through the official Certification Store.
What is included:
45 additional days of course/lab access.
1 extra exam attempt to give you another opportunity to pass (see Certification & Exam Access Policy for details).
This extension is available only after your course/lab access has expired or if you have used both of your original exam attempts and need one final opportunity.
Re-Enrollment
If your access expires and you would like to continue learning, you can re-enroll by purchasing a new seat.
Re-enrollment gives you a fresh start with the following:
Full access to the course content.
New exam attempts (per the Certification & Exam Access Policy).
The latest content updates.
