Available Lab Server Regions

BlueYard Pro Labs run on cloud infrastructure across multiple regions to help keep latency low no matter where you're connecting from.

At the time of writing, CyberDefenders has the following regions available:

Choosing a region closer to your physical location generally means lower latency and a smoother lab experience. High latency (generally above 150ms) can cause lag, delayed input, or connection instability during your lab session.
