At CyberDefenders, we aim to provide an enriching learning experience complemented by robust support for all our users. To ensure you get the assistance you need swiftly and efficiently, here’s how you can reach out to us and some guidance on making the most of our support resources.

Before Contacting Support

We encourage our users to explore the following resources for immediate answers to common questions and issues:

  • Help Center: Visit our Help Center for a comprehensive collection of troubleshooting guides, and articles on various topics.

  • Discord Community: Engage with the CyberDefenders community on our Discord server. Many queries have already been addressed by our knowledgeable community members.

  • Search Feature: Use the search function within our help center or Discord server to find relevant information and solutions.

Taking these steps not only helps you find answers faster but also aids in building your problem-solving skills, a crucial aspect of cybersecurity training.

How to Contact Support

To ensure efficiency and a faster response time from our support team, we kindly ask that you choose one method of contact. Submitting the same request through both channels may lead to delays in response times as it duplicates efforts to address your query.

1. Intercom Chat:

Look for the Intercom chat button at the bottom right corner of our website. Send us a message detailing your issue or question.

2. Discord Premium Support:

Join our community server on Discord by pressing the button below and directly message "Premium Support" account located on the top-right members sidebar with your issue or question.

When to Contact Support

Feel free to reach out to us for assistance with:

  • Technical issues with the website or lab environments

  • Account management inquiry

  • Unanswered questions

  • Payment and subscription issues

  • Feedback or suggestions

What Not to Contact Support For

While we strive to assist our users in every way possible, there are certain requests that fall outside the scope of our support team’s responsibilities. Please refrain from contacting support for:

  • Requesting hints or guidance for BlueYard Active Labs, CCD Labs, or the Exam

Important Notes

  • Response Time: Our team works diligently to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, especially during peak times.

  • Privacy: Ensure that any screenshots or information shared does not contain personal information or sensitive data.

  • Community Support: Consider asking the community in our Discord server. Many of your peers have likely faced similar questions and can offer immediate advice.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your inquiries are handled efficiently and that our support team can assist you effectively. We’re here to support your cybersecurity learning journey every step of the way.
