Embarking on the Certified CyberDefender (CCD) journey marks a significant step towards enhancing your cybersecurity skills and expertise. This article is created to provide you with a clear, detailed roadmap from the moment you make your payment to when you begin accessing the course material.

Filling Enrollment Details

After your payment is confirmed, you will be directed to a page requiring you to provide the following details:

  1. Information Submission: You will be asked for your first and last names. Your names are required for your exam certificate.

  2. Choosing Your Start Time:

    • Individual Users: You can choose to start your training immediately or schedule a start date at your convenience within 3 months of purchase. Please note that the course starting date cannot be changed once set.

    • Enterprise Users: Companies have up to 1 year from the purchase date to activate their seats. Once a seat is activated, the learner’s program timeline begins.

Upon submitting the information by clicking the "Proceed" button, our team will begin processing your enrollment request. Please be patient, and within the next 12 hours, you will receive an email with your access details.
