Yearly Subscription Refunds: If you're not fully satisfied with your yearly BlueYard subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your subscription charge.
No Monthly Subscription Refunds: Please note that monthly subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable. We encourage you to try our free labs before committing to a monthly plan.
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, preventing future charges.
Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds for yearly subscriptions will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund for a yearly subscription, please contact premium support at our Discord server with your subscription details.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for partially used subscription periods or for the remaining months of an annual subscription.
