CyberDefenders refund policy

Thank you for choosing CyberDefenders for your cybersecurity training and certification needs. We aim to provide you with high-quality training and resources to enhance your skills. Please read our refund policy carefully before you make any purchase.

1. General Policy

CyberDefenders.org offers two main products:

  • BlueYard CyberRange: Subscription-based product with monthly and yearly subscription plans.

  • Certified CyberDefender Training and Certification (CCD): One-time payment product, available for a single payment of $800 or in three installments of $275.

All sales of our products are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly and yearly subscription plans for BlueYard CyberRange.

  • One-time payment or installment payments for the Certified CyberDefender Training and Certification (CCD).

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide evidence to support the fulfillment of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Records of product usage.

  • Access logs to training materials.

  • Completion records of certification programs.

This refund policy will be referenced in the resolution process to clarify our stance on non-refundable services.


4. Subscription Cancellations

For the BlueYard CyberRange, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your subscription period. No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service.


5. Changes to This Policy

CyberDefenders.org reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date of the updated policy will be indicated. Continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
