Exam Rules and Support
To ensure a smooth experience while maintaining the integrity of all Certified CyberDefender certifications, all exam participants must follow these guidelines:
Technical Requirements
Use Google Chrome in Incognito mode with no extensions installed for the best exam experience.
Ensure a stable internet connection throughout the exam. Wired connections are preferred.
Issue Reporting
If you encounter technical issues, use the Reset Labs button in the exam environment first.
If the issue persists, follow the Lab Troubleshooting Guide to rule out browser or connection problems.
For unresolved issues, contact [email protected].
Kindly include screenshots along with a detailed explanation so we can investigate effectively.
Exam Conduct
Complete all work independently and honestly.
Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or receiving help from anyone during the exam is considered cheating.
Any sessions flagged by the anti-cheating system will be automatically disqualified and may result in a ban from re-attempting the exam.
Answering Questions (for CCD only)
Write out your approach for each question. Partial points are possible.
If you don’t know the answer, enter “N/A” instead of leaving it blank.
Following these rules ensures a smooth and fair exam experience for everyone.
