We’ve designed this guide to help you understand how your course access, exam attempts, and extensions work, from the moment you buy your certification to the day you certify.
1. Course Access Duration
Once you enroll, you’ll get 4 months of full access to the course content, labs, and all study resources. During this period, you’ll have everything you need to prepare, practice, and complete your certification.
Your access includes:
All course materials and practical labs.
Two default certification exam attempts.
At the end of your 4 months, your course access will automatically expire.
2. Exam Attempts
Every course comes with two included exam attempts to give you flexibility and confidence.
Here’s how it works:
Your first attempt is valid for 3 months after you click “Start.”
Your second attempt is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase, in other words, after 1 month from the expiration of the first attempt.
To ensure you have time to review and strengthen your skills, there’s a 20-day cool-off period between each attempt.
This structure gives you time to learn, reinforce, and try again with stronger preparation.
4. Extensions & Extra Attempts
If your course access expires or you fail your two exam attempts, we’ve got you covered. You can purchase a one-time extension package per course, which includes:
45 additional days of course access.
1 extra exam attempt (for a total of 3 attempts maximum - 2 included attempts and one extra).
You can buy this extension only after your 4-month access ends and before 1 year has passed since the enrollment date.
If more than a year has passed, you’ll need to repurchase the course to continue — this resets your progress and exam history.
5. Re-Enrollment
If your access expires and you’d like to continue your learning journey, you can always re-enroll by purchasing a new seat.
Re-enrollment gives you a fresh start with full access, new exam attempts, and the latest content updates.
