Troubleshooting Missing Verification Emails (OTPs)

If you're not receiving your verification email or One-Time Password (OTP), follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Verify Your Email Address

Ensure you entered the correct email during sign-up or password reset.

2. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Emails may be mistakenly marked as spam. Look in your junk/spam folder and mark CyberDefenders emails as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

3. For Business Email Users

Your company's email security gateway may flag our emails. Contact your IT team and ask them to:

  • Search for messages delivered by CyberDefenders in the email gateway logs.

  • Whitelist our domain "cyberdefenders.org".

4. Still Not Receiving the Email?
