At CyberDefenders, we aim to make your learning experience as seamless as possible, including the payment process for our courses, labs, and certifications. Here’s everything you need to know about making payments on our platform.
For Individual Users
We accept a wide range of credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processing partner. Stripe is a global leader in online payment processing, ensuring your payment details are handled with the highest level of security and compliance.
Simply enter your card details on the payment page when you go to enroll in a course or subscribe to BlueYard Pro. Your card information is encrypted and securely processed by Stripe; CyberDefenders does not store any of your card details on our servers.
Important Notes:
Ensure your card is open for international transactions if you are outside the United States, as Stripe processes payments globally.
Check with your bank if you encounter any issues during payment, as they may have restrictions on online or international transactions.
Non-Accepted Payment Methods
To maintain security and streamline our payment processes, we currently do not accept the following payment methods:
Cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
Digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay)
