Billing and Plans
Navigating your billing details and subscription plans is straightforward with your CyberDefenders account. This article will help you understand each section of the Billing and Plans page, ensuring you can manage your account with ease.
Current Plan
In the Current Plan section, you'll find details about your active subscription, including the type of plan you're enrolled in and the date it's set to renew. This is where you can quickly verify your plan's status to ensure uninterrupted access to our labs and courses.
Payment Methods
Payment Methods section is where you can add or update your payment information. The primary payment method is used by default for subscription renewals and purchases within the platform. To add a new payment method, simply click the "Add Payment Method" button and follow the prompts.
Invoices
Under Invoices, you'll see a list of all transactions associated with your account, including:
The description of the subscription or product
Date of the transaction
Amount charged
Current status of the payment
Click on any transaction to download the invoice and receipt.
My Subscriptions
My Subscriptions area provides details of the subscription you're currently subscribed to. Here you can see:
The specific plan you've chosen
The price of the plan
Billing date and the next billing due date
This section helps you keep track of your subscription, allowing you to plan for renewals or make changes as needed.
